REALbasic license agreement

Summary:
* You may install your license key on up to 2 machines, but you may only use one at a time.
* You agree not to share your license key or use someone else's key.
* Licenses purchased directly from REAL Software are covered by a 90-day money back guarantee.
* Academic users: you cannot use REALbasic for commercial purposes.
* Demo users: you may use REALbasic for a limited time period.

REAL Software Inc, of Austin Texas is the owner, developer and sole copyright holder of this product, which is licensed -not sold- to you on a non-exclusive basis. 

You are entitled to install your REALbasic license key on one operating system on up two computers, but you agree to run REALbasic on only one computer at a time.

You agree not to share your REALbasic license key with anyone.

You agree to only use the license key provided directly to you by REAL Software, Inc.

You may transfer your REALbasic license to another person only after receiving written authorization from REAL Software and only if the recipient agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

If you are using an academic license key, you are restricted from using REALbasic for any revenue-generating activity, such as selling the software you create. If you would like to use REALbasic for commercial purposes you must first upgrade from an academic license to a commercial license.

If you are using a demo license key, you are only entitled to use REALbasic for evaluation and testing purposes until the end of your demo period.

You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer or modify any part of REALbasic or the REALbasic Framework.

REAL Software reserves the right to cancel the license key(s) of any user who REAL Software determines is in violation of this agreement.

If you purchased your license directly from REAL Software it is covered by a 90-day money back guarantee.

THE WARRANTIES IN THIS AGREEMENT REPLACE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND REAL SOFTWARE, INC. DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT WILL REAL SOFTWARE, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF WE HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE POTIENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE.

If you are located in the United States this agreement is subject to the laws of the state of Texas. If you are located outside the United States local law may apply. Some states do not allow the exclusion of warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

You agree that you will not export or re-export REALbasic to any country, person, entity or end user subject to U.S.A. export restrictions.
