This version bumps to 1.9.5 from portage, and includes the security fix in portage -r1.
The immediate benefits are the syncing the USE flags, so that virtualx.eclass based
test USE dependencies can be met, and the version bump to 1.9.5 itself with the security fix.
For upgrading to the 1.10 and 1.11 series need to first test the loongson patches

Old version. Purpose of DRM patch unknown. (I assume it's for supporting
DRI on the Fuloong, but I don't have hardware, and the 3D driver for SiS
has been removed in Mesa-8.0.)

I don't know what kind of DRI driver this patch was supposed to allow to
work, but SAREA (and all the DRI 1 drivers) are now dead upstream. Maybe
SiS?

It appears that none of the mips patches still exist in the overlay,
which makes me wonder (1) if they're still needed, and (2) why glibc
still exists in the overlay.
I haven't experienced any problems with glibc from portage.

Significantly newer versions are available in portage. If there are
problems with those versions, they should be fixed in portage.

Patch no longer applies and pixman-9999 shouldn't be in the loongson
overlay anyway. If you want pixman-9999 you should use the x11 overlay.

binutils-2.20.1-loongson2f.patch is included in at least 2.21.1.
binutils-mips-tls.patch is not in 2.22 but I'm not sure that the patch
is correct, nor have I experienced any problems without it.
Remove the outdated copy of cvs.eclass that was copied for binutils-9999
as well.
